Shipping Policy

At Luna Baggy, we strive to deliver your new favorite companion as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping operations and what you can expect when you place an order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

  • During peak seasons or new collection launches, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. You will receive a notification email as soon as your order is ready for transit.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

  • Free Shipping: We are happy to offer free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $100.00.

3. Sustainable Packaging

In our commitment to the planet, every Luna Baggy is shipped using:

  • Biodegradable Mailers: Our outer packaging is compostable.

  • Recycled Dust Bags: We use 100% recycled cotton to protect your bag during transit.

  • Minimalist Fillers: We use right-sized boxes to reduce our carbon footprint and eliminate unnecessary plastic waste.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your “Luna” journey directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)

Luna Baggy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to residential and commercial addresses.

  • P.O. Boxes: At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes via Express Shipping. Please select Standard Shipping for P.O. Box deliveries.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Luna Baggy is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to have a great experience. If you received your order damaged, please:

  1. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

  2. Take 3–5 photos of the damage.

  3. Contact our support team at support@lunabaggy.com within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
