Refund and Returns Policy
At Luna Baggy, we want you to be completely enamored with your new purchase. If your bag isn’t the perfect fit for your lifestyle, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Note: During the holiday season (Nov 1st – Dec 31st), we offer an extended return window until January 31st of the following year.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your Luna Baggy must be:

Unused and in original condition: No scratches, stains, or signs of wear.

Fully tagged: All original tags and labels must still be attached.

Complete packaging: Including the dust bag and any decorative scarves or accessories that were included in your order.
3. How to Initiate a Return
We’ve made the process simple and digital:

Visit our [Returns Portal] and enter your Order Number and Email.

Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Download and print your Prepaid Shipping Label.

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location.
4. Refund Options & Fees

Full Refund: Returned to your original payment method. A flat-rate return shipping fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Store Credit (The Luna Credit): Choose store credit for your return and we will waive the shipping fee, giving you 100% of your value to use on a future style.

Exchanges: We offer Free Exchanges. If you simply want a different color or size, we cover the shipping both ways.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned:

Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

Personalized or custom-monogrammed bags.
-
Gift cards.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your bag arrives with a defect or is not what you ordered, please contact us at support@lunabaggy.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund (including all shipping costs) at no expense to you.
7. Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation, and funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
