Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For those who want to shop now and pay later, we also offer Klarna/Afterpay at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order? We move fast! Orders are usually processed within 1–2 hours. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please email support@lunabaggy.com immediately. Once a tracking number is generated, we can no longer make changes.
Do you offer gift wrapping? Every Luna Baggy arrives in a signature dust bag and premium tissue paper, making it gift-ready. If you’d like a personalized note included, simply add it to the “Order Notes” section at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my bag? Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days domestically. If you’re in a rush, Express Shipping will get your bag to you in 1–2 business days.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We love our global community. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How can I track my order? Once your bag is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order directly on our website under the “Track My Order” page.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. The bag must be unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You can choose a full refund (minus a $7 shipping fee) or 100% store credit with free shipping!
My bag arrived damaged. What should I do? Oh no! We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. Please email us photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement immediately.
Product Care & Quality
What materials do you use? We use a variety of high-quality materials, ranging from premium vegan leathers to ethically sourced suedes. Check the “Material & Care” tab on each product page for specific details.
How do I clean my Luna Baggy? For vegan leather, a simple wipe with a damp, soft cloth is usually enough. For suede or fabric bags, we recommend using a specialized protector spray before use. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heavy rain.
Sustainability
Is Luna Baggy eco-friendly? We are on a journey toward total sustainability. Currently, all our shipping mailers are 100% compostable, and our dust bags are made from recycled cotton. We produce in small batches to prevent textile waste and ensure every bag finds a home.
